Our brief terms of business are:

1. We will provide you with a fixed price quotation
2. We will require 50% deposit with your order
3. You will have 7 days cooling off to cancel (with no charge) from the date on signing the contract
4. We will agree a lead time to supply and install your product
5. We will arrange a suitable install date
6. We will install your product
7. We will require full payment on the last install day
8. We will issue you a completion certificate via FENSA
